Refund & Return Policy

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy for physical products, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, in its original condition, with tags (if applicable), and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will review the situation and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.


Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, all digital journal purchases are non-refundable and non-returnable once the download has been delivered.

If you experience any issues accessing your digital product, please contact us and we will be happy to help.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:


• Digital products and downloadable content

• Personalized or custom-made items

• Gift cards

• Sale or clearance items

• Any item not in its original condition


Exchanges

We only replace items if they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. If you require an exchange for one of these reasons, please contact us.


European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process the refund.
